Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Service not rendered as described in the project agreement.
  • Technical issues that prevent the service from being completed.

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of the issue arising. Provide detailed information about the problem and any supporting documentation.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is received, we will review the case and, if eligible, process the refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Completed projects that have been approved by the client.
  • Custom services where work has already begun.
  • Deposits or down payments made to secure project initiation.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if part of the service has been completed or delivered.
